We are delighted that a family of blue tits are now attending Scoil Íde! Over the past while a pair of blue tits have been busy making a nest in the bird house in front of the main entrance to school and they are now very busy trying to feed their little hatchlings inside. We are being very careful to give them lots of space while we observe them so that they won't feel their brood is under threat and mindful that they may be around the school grounds once the chicks fledge and have their own graduation from school🐣🐤
