Our long awaited wormery has arrived! The Green Schools Committee and 3rd class were very excited to help Craig from Composting for Schools Ireland set up the wormery with leaves and shredded paper and feed the worms some fruit peels and scraps. After one week we already saw signs of compost in the wormery box. We are looking forward to painting the box and getting the whole school involved in composting🍌🍁🍏🌍
