On September 30th, Scoil Ide gave myself, Ms Kelly and our caretaker, John Hogan, a fantastic send off as we both retired. I have been teaching the children of Clondalkin for over 34 years and have enjoyed every minute of it! John has been our caretaker for 21 years! Sincere thanks to my colleagues, to the parents/guardians of our students and most especially to the children of Scoil Ide. I wish you all the very best for the future and just as you sang my favourite song for me, I hope that you will be covered in sunshine always. Scoil Ide will always be in my heart!
