5th class were very lucky to have a visit from Angela and Amanda from Betsy's Bakery to help us kick start the Junior Entrepreneur Programme. Angela told us about how she started baking in her kitchen and is now running her own hugely successful bakery in Clondalkin. She gave us an insight into what it is like to run a business and how much is involved in it. The class also got to decorate their own cupcakes brought in from the bakery. Many thanks to Angela and Amanda for their time and for inspiring the next generation to put their bright ideas out there and use their talents! 👏
