St Brigid’s Day
The 1st of February is St. Brigid's Day . It is also the first day of Spring. They say the St. Brigid brings the Spring! We learned all about St. Brigid in Room 4 and we did an Art activity based on the story of St. Brigid’s cloak. We also visited St. Brigid’s Well on St. Brigid's Day. We heard about St. Brigid'slife and about the traditions of St. Brigid’s Day from historians that were there.
